A: No, we do not sell life stock -no cats, no dogs or any other animals.
Q: Do you sell products for animals other than cats and dogs?
A: No, we are a boutique for cats & dogs only.
Q: Do you sell products for small dogs only?
No, we do not cater solely to small dogs.  We carry a wide array for merchandise for large(r) dogs as well.  Often times, we can order what is not available in the appropriate size.
Q: Do you provide boarding services?
No, we do not board cats or dogs overnight.  However, we can recommend reputable solutions.  (Add link to menu)

No, we are not qualified nor licensed to perform any kind of medical services for your pets.
Q: Do you provide grooming services?
A: Yes, we provide a full grooming for all size dogs. (Add link to menu)
Q: Do you use reputable products for your grooming services?
Yes, we use the same quality earthbath products for your pet's grooming needs that we also sell in our boutique. (Add link to earthbath.com)
Q: Do you sell online?
Not yet.  However, we are in the process of adding online shopping for your convenience, and we will keep our customers abreast of this process. (Please sign up for our mailing list)  (Add link to menu)
Q: Do you sell organic products?
Yes, we sell organic toys, organic foods, treats and supplements.  We even sell a select number of organic pet clothes, and some of our items are hand made, here in the US by local artists.
Q: Do you recycle?
Yes, we do recycle everything that can be recycled.  Additionally, we encourage our customers to stop by and ask for empty boxes –free of charge- that they may need for their personal use.  (Add link to menu)
Q: Do you carry exclusively products that are made in China?
No, we try to support our local economies.  We carry an array of products that have been meticulously hand-made by local artists.  Among them, a designer for all organic pet apparel, young artists specializing in pet portraiture (oil and acrylic), a local photographer specialized in pet photography, a young woman specializing in "Woofie Warmers" (hand knit scarves, etc. for dogs), and so forth.  We also carry products that are made in Germany and Italy.
Q: Are you open 7 days a week?
No, we are closed on Mondays, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  (Please refer to our annually updated Holiday hours schedule)
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide a free delivery service on food items.  Please note that only whole cases and 12lb+ bags will be delivered for free in the Ditmars area.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are a small brick and mortar, family owned company.  We will, however, offer online shopping in the near future.
Q: Do you support charities?
A: Yes, we support local charities by making financial donations.  Additionally, we also support certain organizations by donating non-perishable products that that can no longer be sold.  Sometimes, our customers drop off gently used goods at our shop that we then pass on to those who are in need  -there are no tax write-offs involved.

We also support the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals. It earns a penny every time we search the Internet. GoodSearch is a new search engine that donates half its revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Money from Yahoo advertisers will go to the Alliance without us spending a dime.

Q: Do you have pets for adoption?
No, we do not.  However, occasionally our customers will ask us to list a pet for adoption in our store.  Whenever we can we will try to find new homes for pets that need them.  Please note that this is not a store service and will be handled on a person-by-person basis only.
